Vegetable Roll Recipe
The food that many like for afternoon snack or tiffin box is vegetable roll. What else do you need when hot vegetable roll! It is better not to buy it from outside. Because they are afraid of being unhealthy. Instead, make it at home. Let’s know the recipe-

Various vegetables – 2 and half cups
Chopped onion- 1/4 cup
Crushed green chillies- 1/2 tbsp
Ginger paste- 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Chilli – a little
Soya sauce- 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Oil- 1-2 tbsp
Cornflower- 1 teaspoon
Water- 1 tbsp.
For making roll seats
Flour – 1 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Egg- 1
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil – in quantity.
How to make
To make the pura, first heat the oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic one by one. Fry a little and add all the vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Fry for a while and add soy sauce, tomato sauce and sugar. Cover for a while so that the vegetables cook quickly. When vegetables are cooked, add coriander leaves. Finally, mix a teaspoon of cornflower in a tablespoon of water and give it to the vegetables. After a while, remove the vegetables from the oven and let them cool.
Make yeast by mixing flour, salt, egg and water to make the roll seat. Divide the yeast into 10. Make a thin bread with each portion and roll it into a roll shape by adding enough filling in between. When all are ready, dip the rolls one by one in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate the rolls for 10 minutes and then fry them in oil. Then serve hot.
