Shahi Chicken Korma Recipe

Ingredients

1 kg of chicken meat
4 teaspoons sour yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoons of salt
1 onion batter
2 onions chopped
1 teaspoon of cashew nut paste
5 teaspoons of white oil
3 teaspoons of ghee
1 teaspoon of rose water
1 cup boiled milk
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons raisins
2 teaspoons milk powder
2 bay leaves
4 cloves
4 cardamoms
1 small piece of cinnamon

cooking instructions

First, wash the chicken meat well and take a mixing bowl and mix it with 4 spoons of sour curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, white pepper powder and garam masala powder.

Then add 4 spoons of white oil and fry 1 chopped onion in it and keep it aside.

Then add 3 spoons of ghee in it, 1 spoon of white oil in it, bay leaves and whole cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and 1 chopped onion and shake it well.  Cooking should be done on low heat.

Then after 10 minutes the meat should be covered with boiled milk and cooked for 15 minutes.

Then after 15 minutes, open the lid and add rose water in it, raisins in it and 2 spoons of guara milk and cover it for 1 minute.  Then before taking it down, take it down with 1 spoon of ghee.

Then take it down and spread the beresta over it and Shahi Chicken Korma will be ready.
