What it takes to make
Shrimp – 1 cup
Wester sauce- 1 tbsp
Tempura powder- 1 cup
Salt – to taste
White pepper powder- little
Dry chili powder- 1 tsp
Garlic paste – half teaspoon
Water – in quantity
Oil for frying – as needed.
How to make
Keep the tails of the prawns and remove the heads and shells and spread it with 1 tablespoon of wester sauce. Make a batter with tempura powder, chili powder, salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, garlic paste and enough water. Now dip the shrimp in it and fry it in oil. Serve the crispy shrimp hot with your choice of sauce.
