Instructions:
For chicken:
▪️1. Chicken – 2 cups (cut into pieces)
▪️2. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
▪️3. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
▪️4. Salt – 1/2 tsp
▪️5 Sour yogurt – 2 tbsp
▪️6 Ginger paste – 1 tsp
▪️7 Garlic paste – 1+1/2 tsp
▪️8 Cumin paste – 1/2 tsp
▪️9. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken with all the spices for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes heat oil in a fry pan and fry it until red.
Sharma sauce recipe:
Instructions:
▪️1. Liquid milk – 1/4 cup
▪️2. Oil – 1/2 cup
▪️3. Salt – 1/2 tsp
▪️4 Sugar – 1 tablespoon
▪️5 Mustard powder – 1/2 tsp
▪️6. Garlic cloves – 3 hours
▪️7. Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon (black)
▪️8 Chilli flakes – 1/2 tbsp
▪️9 Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
▪️10. Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
▪️11 White Sesame – 1 tbsp (roasted)
Method:
▪️Blend all the remaining ingredients together except oil, then blend with little oil till it becomes thick, add the oil 4-5 times, slowly the sauce will thicken and a beautiful color will come, then the sharma sauce is ready.
For Sharma:
▪️1 Fried chicken – 2 cups
▪️2. Chopped cucumber – 1 cup
▪️2. Sharma sauce – 1/2 cup
▪️3. Sharma’s bread – 8 pcs
