Chicken sausage Fried Rice recipe is given below:
Ingredients:
▪️Pollao Rice,
▪️Oil/Butter,
▪️Cut the chicken into small pieces,
▪️Sausage,
▪️Capsicum (green, red, yellow can be used to show colorful),
▪️Mushrooms,
▪️Carrot,
▪️pea pods/beans (if available)
▪️Barabati Kuchi,
▪️ Cabbage,
▪️Onion leaves (if any),
▪️Cut Onion,
▪️Ginger-Garlic Chops,
▪️Chill,
▪️Pepper,
▪️Sauces, tomato sauce, chili sauce, western sauce, fish sauce (must use brand sauce to keep the taste good. Local sauce changes the taste of the food completely)
▪️Chicken Powder (must be Halal)
▪️[ No need for salt. The sauce and chicken powder contain enough salt. A little sugar may be used to fix the test.
Instructions:
*Prepare all the materials first. Wash the meat, drain the water, put soy sauce, tomato sauce, western sauce, pepper, garlic and ginger in it and keep it for 30 minutes.
*Now wash the rice and soak it for a while and drain the water. Put the pot on the stove and heat the water. Add salt according to the amount of rice. You can add 1 tablespoon of oil or lemon juice to the water, it will make the boiled rice neat. Add rice when water boils.
*When the rice is 80% cooked, drain the water. Care should be taken to ensure that the rice is firm. If you cook a small amount for the family, you can cook the rice the day before and keep it in the refrigerator normally. It will make the rice clean. And if you cook too much, boil the rice and drain the water and keep it under the fan.
*Now drain the vegetables well so that there is no water in the vegetables.Cook on high heat in the oven. Heat oil/butter in a pot and stir fry onion, ginger-garlic, meat pieces and sausages. As the chicken pieces are small, the meat will be cooked in less time. Now continue to fry the rest of the vegetables except the capsicum, carrot and onion along with the meat. Remember not to over fry as it will spoil the color of the vegetables. When the vegetables are done, add the rest of the vegetables. Fry for 1 minute, add the boiled rice and mix well with all the sauces, green chillies, chillies and little sugar. Add chicken powder as needed. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
