Make roast beef liver in a very easy way. I have shared a very favorite recipe.
Materials
Beef liver – 1 kg
Soybean oil- half a cup
Cumin – half teaspoon
Cinnamon – a few pieces
Cardamom – 3
Cloves – 7
Bay leaves – 2
Chopped onion – 2 cups
Black Cardamom – 1
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste- one and a half tablespoon
Garlic paste- one and a half tablespoon
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder- to taste
Garlic- 6 cloves
Salt – to taste
Whole green chillies – a few
Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp

Cut the liver into large pieces. Boil in hot water for 5 minutes. It will remove the dirt inside the liver. Wash well several times and remove the thin coating on the liver. It will not harden the liver after cooking. Cut the liver into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan adding cumin seeds & garam masala. After frying for 2 minutes, add one and a half cups of chopped onion, Fry the onion until soft and add all the batter and powdered masala. Grind it well with little water and give it with pieces of liver. Stir and mix with garlic cloves and salt to taste. Stir and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Boil the liver with half a cup of water. When cooked, add roasted cumin powder, half cup chopped onion and whole green chillies. Cover the pan on low heat for 5 minutes. By now the oil will float. Remove from the oven and serve the roasted liver with hot rice, khichuri or porota
