Chili chicken

Of all the chicken items I’ve made the most, this chili chicken.  Everyone eats this recipe so well that there is the most demand to make it.  Even someone familiar at home actually told me that the chili chicken made by me should be on the menu.

I have given the recipe with the quantity, it will be like this if you make it this way.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger &:garlic paste,
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder,
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar,
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce,
  • 1 teaspoon red chili sauce,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 teaspoons of cornflowers,
  • 2 teaspoons of flour and marinate it for 30 minutes.

Instructions:

Deep fried the marinated chicken pieces with refined oil in a pan.  Now in a pan, add 2 large onion pieces, 1 large capsicum piece, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, a few slices of green chillies and fry for a while, 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, 4 teaspoons of red chili sauce, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, a little pepper powder, a little salt, add a little sugar and 3 cups of hot water.  I gave  Now I have mixed 1/2 cup of cold water with 1 teaspoon of cornflowers in the gravy, after boiling the fried chicken pieces for a while, the gravy is ready when it thickens a little.  I sprinkled a little white sesame before serving.  If you want you can sprinkle some spring onion in it.  I didn’t have spring onion I didn’t give.

Goes great with fried rice, chowmin, roti, paratha.
