Mango cake:
Instructions:
▪️1. Egg – 1 t
▪️2. Corn flower – 1 teaspoon
▪️3. Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp
▪️4. Flour – 3 tbsp
▪️5. Mango Emulsion – 1 tsp
▪️6. Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
▪️7. Mango Pie Filling – 1 tbsp
Instructions:
▪️1. First beat the egg for 2-3 minutes, then slowly beat with powdered sugar for 4-5 minutes, then beat with mango emulsion for 10 seconds, do not beat more.
▪️2. Sift flour, corn flour and baking powder 3 times. Mix the egg batter well with the sifted flour 3 times.
3. Put baking paper in a 5″ mold and brush with oil and pour the cake mixture.
▪️4. In the oven – preheat for 10 minutes at 160°C and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cake is ready.
5. Insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake and check if the cake is done, if it is done, the toothpick will come out nicely, otherwise the toothpick will get sticky.
Sugar syrup recipe:
Materials:
▪️1. Sugar 1 cup
▪️2. Water 1 cup
3▪️. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Method:
▪️1. Sugar and water should be mixed, the block should be removed, when it is cold, lemon juice should be mixed, then the sugar syrup is ready.
▪️2 When the cake is cold, cut 2-3 slices according to your choice and brush with sugar syrup, then decorate with mango whipped cream according to your choice and the cake is ready.
Note:
▪️1. Size should be correct.
▪️2. If you want to keep the cake soft for 4-5 days, you have to brush the sugar syrup after the cake is made.
▪️3. If the inside of the cake is raw, it should be kept for another 5 minutes.
▪️-4. Eggs should be at room temperature.
Cake decoration method:
▪️1. When the cake is cool, cut into 2 slices, brush each slice with sugar syrup.
▪️2. Then put whipped cream on each slice, put mango pie filling on the whipped cream, cover the whole cake with whipped cream, design the top and around the cake as you like, and the mango cake is ready.
