Materials:
1 packet of boiled chowmin
1 onion sliced lengthwise
1/2 capsicum sliced lengthwise
Cut 1 carrot lengthwise
2 green chillies chopped
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
7 pieces of small prawns
10 pieces boneless chicken cutlets
1 egg
3 tbsp white oil

When the pan is hot with a little white oil, fry it well with eggs, then coat the chicken and prawns with salt and soy sauce.

Now heat the pan again with white oil, add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped raw garlic, stir everything a little, add tomato, soy sauce, chili sauce.

Now mix well with boiled chowmin, fried eggs, prawns and fried chicken.
