Materials
1. Almonds 1 cup (peeled) 2. Milk 500 ml gram3. Sugar 100 grams4. Rice 2 spoons5. Cardamom powder half teaspoon6. One tablespoon of rose water
Method
Finely chop the almonds and keep aside. Now soak the fragrant rice for 15 minutes. Then grind lightly with little water to make a paste.
Boil milk, sugar and cardamom powder in a pot. Keep the flame low. Stir occasionally. Add chopped almonds to the boiling milk.
After 2-3 minutes mix the rice in the milk and keep stirring. In no time the whole milk will thicken. Be careful not to stick to the bottom.
