Egg shami kebab

Egg Shami kebab are tender, wholesome patties made with egg and potatoes. This easy, initially dump-and-go recipe uses ground egg and a quick homemade (or store-bought) Shami Kabab Masala. Makes a large batch to enjoy some now, and freeze the rest for later.

How to make Egg Shami Kebab:

Materials:

3 boiled eggs

2 boiled potatoes

1 cup chopped onion

• 1 tablespoon raw chilli flakes

• 1 tablespoon dry roasted chilies

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

• 1/2 cup gram flour

• 1/2 teaspoon each of turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala powder and chaat masala.

• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

• 1/2 teaspoon roasted spices

• 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves

• Salt to taste

• Oil as required

1 egg to make balls

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and grate boiled eggs and potatoes.

2. Now in a pan fry the besan a little red with oil.

3. Mix well with ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves and all other spices, except besan.

4. Then this prepared masala and fried besan egg should be mixed well in the potato.

5. Then the kebabs should be made like this.

6. When the oil is hot in the pan, dip the kebabs in the egg and fry them.  Then the egg Shami Kebab is ready.
