Yogurt Potato Tikki

Aloo Tikki chaat is a popular Indian street style chaat, made with crispy golden brown aloo tikki (spiced potato patties) topped with spiced yogurt, chutneys and sev. The golden brown aloo tikkis can be pan-fried or air fried.

Today, I have shared yummy yogurt potato tikki  recipe Which is given below:

Materials:

6 potatoes, 7 tablespoons of white oil, 3 tablespoons of cornflour, salt to taste, coriander leaves, crushed green chilies, 500 grams of sour yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of beet salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar.

For tamarind chutney

4 tablespoons ripe tamarind, sugar to taste, water as required.

Instructions:

Soak in tamarind water.  Then discard the sticky grains well.  Now mix sugar with it and boil it.  Vyas Ready Tamarind Chutney.

Boil the potatoes.  When cool, peel and grate.  Mix well with salt, some coriander leaves, cornflour and green chillies.  Apply 1 tablespoon of white oil.  Apply a little white oil on your hands and make tikki first round and then flat.  Heat a few tikki in a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp of white oil. Fry on low-medium heat.  Flip again with 1 tablespoon of white oil.  Bake all the tikki like this.now is ready  delicious yogurt potato Tikki.

Whisk together sour curd, salt, sugar, bit of salt.

Now put the tikki on the plate and garnish it with whipped sour curd, tamarind chutney, coriander leaves and serve it hot
