It will be more fun than the store if you make egg chops this way
Materials and Method of Preparation:
First boil potatoes and eggs. Then four dry chilies, one piece of cinnamon, 5 pieces of cardamom, one teaspoon of coriander, one teaspoon of cumin, half teaspoon of fennel should be fried together on low flame and grinded in a mortar or grinder.
Once the potatoes are cooked, mash them. Now when the oil is hot in a pan, add one teaspoon of chopped ginger, one and a half teaspoon of chopped garlic, seven to eight chopped green chillies and fry for 2 minutes. Then add a cup of chopped onion and salt to taste. Now fry the onion till soft. Then add one teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder and fry for two minutes. Then add mashed potatoes, half teaspoon of chaat masala and one teaspoon of pre-made masala. Now mix everything well. At this stage the flame of the stove will be very low. After roasting for a while, finally mix well with chopped coriander leaves and remove from the oven. This is the potato filling ready.
Now take breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix it with a pinch of salt. And in another bowl, take two eggs, a little salt, a teaspoon of cornflower, a little pepper powder. Now beat it well.
When the egg is boiled, one egg should be divided into two. Now spread a little pepper powder, a little chili powder and a little salt on the chopped egg.
Now take the potato filling in hand and put a piece of egg on it and again cover it with potato filling and take it with chop saw. This time dip it in egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Then again dip it in egg and roll it in breadcrumbs. All should be coded in this way. Now it should be left in the normal fridge for an hour to set. After an hour, fry in hot oil. Add oil to the extent that more than half of the chops are submerged in the oil. Deep fry all the chops in medium heat. This is the shop-style egg chops ready
