Resha kebab

Resha Kebab: today I have shared this delicious recipe which is given below:

It is a mixture of tender chicken and potato shredded Which gives us a little delightful and texture

Materials:

300g boneless chicken (boiled and shredded)

1 medium potato (boiled and mashed)

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

1 ginger-garlic batter
1 green chilli (finely chopped)

2 coriander leaves (finely chopped)

1 cumin powder
1 garam masala
1 red chili powder
1 black pepper powder
Besan 1 table
3-4 bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chicken powder

Oil for deep frying

Procedure:

1.  Mixture Preparation: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, shredded potato, onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves.

2.  Add spices and binding ingredients: Add cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, black pepper, gram flour, egg, salt and chicken powder.   Mix well to make soft dough.  Smoke the charcoal for 2 minutes.

3.  Make Kebabs: Take small portions and shape them into patties or cylindrical kebabs.

4.  Frying: Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and fry the kebabs in oil until golden brown on all sides. Now is ready resha kebab

5.  Serve: Enjoy hot with mint leaf chutney or ketchup!
