Desi Chicken Broth
Materials:
1 kg of country chicken-.
– 4 tablespoons of white oil.
1 teaspoon of ghee.
2 finely chopped onions.
– 4 teaspoons of onion batter.
2 teaspoons of garlic batter.
2 teaspoons of ginger paste.
1 chopped tomato.
1 teaspoon of sour yogurt.
3 teaspoons of salt.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
2 tsp. yellow-
– 2 teaspoons of chilli powder.
1 teaspoon of Kashmiri curry powder.
1 teaspoon cumin powder-.
2 teaspoons of coriander powder.
1 teaspoon garam masala-
1/2 tsp. Roasted cumin powder-

Instructions:

I smeared the chicken with salt and turmeric and kept it covered for 15 minutes

Heat oil and dry chillies, bay leaves and whole garam masala and fry them lightly.

Then I will caramelize it with sugar, the color of the broth is very good. After that, I will add onion slices and salt. The onion is fried very well.
When the onion is fried, I will add onion batter, ginger batter, garlic batter, chopped tomato, turmeric, chili, Kashmiri chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar garam masala. Fry a little and add sour curd.
If the masala is lightly fried, I will marinate the desi chicken with it.
Grind it well and pour enough water in it. It takes about 15 minutes to grind it completely.

Then cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat
After that, I will open the cover and see if it is done. If it is not done, then I will cook it with the cover for another 10 minutes. If you want, you can also cook it in pressure cooker, it will save a lot of time, but the test may change a little. Mine was done, now I added fried cumin powder and ghee.
