Chicken jhal shahi biryani

 Chicken Jhal Shahi Biryani Recipe  I share it again for those who haven’t made it like this yet .
As for the meat

Ingredients

Chicken – 2

Ginger paste- 3 tsp

Garlic paste- 1 tsp

Coriander powder- 1 tsp

Cumin powder- 1 tsp

Chilli powder- 2 tsp

Chilli paste- 1 tsp

Poppy seed batter- 1 tsp

Onion batter – half a cup

Sour curd – half a cup

Barista – 2 cups

Salt – to taste

Garam masala powder- 1 tsp

Oil- half a cup

Butter oil- half a cup

Bay leaves- 2-3

Saffron color – slight.

What you will need for Polava

Polao rice- 1 kg

Water – twice the amount of rice

Oil- 1 cup

Salt – to taste

Bay leaves- 2-3

Rose water- 2-3 teaspoons

Cardamom- 2-3

Milk- 2-3 tbsp

Potato Bokhara- 8-10.

Instructions:

Cut the chicken into four pieces and wash.  Then scoop it out with a fork.  Mix oil and ghee in a pan and fry the onions.  Now fry the meat in that oil.  Grind all the spices well and add sour curd and meat and saute for another 2-3 minutes.  Add sugar and a cup of water to the barista and keep it on low heat for 15-20 minutes.  Now put oil in a pan and fry cardamom, bay leaf and rice and add water and salt.  When the water and rice are equal, add potato bokhara and meat cooked with milk.  Now keep it with rose water and saffron for half an hour.  Take down and serve the delicious chicken jhal shahi Biryani.
