Chicken steam roast

Make roast chicken Steam in a very easy way. I have shared a very favorite recipe.

Chicken steam Roast recipe:

Ingredients:

1.  Chicken – 1 kg
2.  Curd – 1 cup
3.  Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
4.  Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
5.  Salt – to taste
6.  Black pepper – 1 tsp
7.  Red Chilli – 1 tsp
8.  Coriander powder – 1 tsp
9.  Cumin powder – 1 tsp
10.  Oil – 2 tbsp
11.  Green coriander leaves – for garnish
12.  Onion – 1 pc (chopped)
13.  Green chilies – 2 pcs (chopped)

Instructions;

1.  Wash the chicken thoroughly and place in a large bowl.

2.Mix the yogurt, spices, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped green chiles and salt in a large bowl to make a pasty marinade. Add the chicken and thoroughly rub the marinade into the meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.

3.  Then,  Heat water in a large pot or steamer.  When the water starts to boil, place the chicken on a steel plate over the pot.

4.  Finally cover the chicken and steam for 30-40 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.

5.  Serve: Take out the chicken steam roast and serve hot topped with coriander leaves, chopped onions and green chillies.

Today, steamed chicken is gaining popularity, and we see it increasingly as a popular street food in Bangladesh .Growing up, we ate the spicy chicken roast as a Friday afternoon feast (a holy day for Muslims and the equivalent of a Sunday Roast).
